About Singapore Embassy
Singapore - Embassy of India

Contact Us
The diplomatic mission representing a Commonwealth country, when located in another Commonwealth country, is called a High Commission, not an Embassy. Therefore, you can deduce that India and Singapore are both members of the Commonwealth, from the fact that India's diplomatic mission in Singapore is officially called the High Commission of India. There is no other difference between a High Commission and an Embassy.
