Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the highest executive organ in the company. It is the board's role to oversee the Executive Management. The SWISS Board of Directors consists of a maximum of 9 members and is elected by shareholders at the Annual Shareholders' Assembly. To ensure adherence to the principles of Corporate Governance, the Board of Directors has set up a Nomination Committee, a Remuneration Committee and an Audit Committee.
